Separate or supplemental terms may apply to specific offerings or agreements.
3. Information We May Collect
- Business contact information (name, work email, organization, role, phone).
- Account and administrator information used to provision or manage entitlements.
- Support case information, including descriptions, attachments, and correspondence you choose to provide.
- Marketplace subscription and billing metadata associated with Cassian offers acquired through Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
- Product entitlement and license metadata, including plan, term, and feature enablement.
- Product telemetry and diagnostics where enabled, such as version, configuration metadata, and operational health signals.
- Security logs and audit information related to access to Quantum Iryx Systems-operated systems.
- Website analytics, device and browser metadata, and communications preferences.
Cassian may be deployed into a customer-controlled Azure tenant. Operational data that resides inside the customer’s environment remains subject to the customer’s configuration, policies, and agreements, and is generally not accessed by Quantum Iryx Systems except as authorized by the customer or as required by law.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain Quantum Iryx Systems websites and Cassian-related services.
- Support customers, including responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage subscriptions, entitlements, licensing, and renewals.
- Improve product quality, reliability, performance, and security.
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems and customers’ entitlements.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and audit obligations.
- Communicate updates, security notices, and product information.
5. How We Share Information
- Service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.
- Cloud and marketplace platforms, including Microsoft Azure Marketplace, where required to fulfill a transaction or entitlement.
- Legal and regulatory disclosures where required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental authority.
- Business operations, including in connection with a corporate transaction, where permitted by law.
- Security incident response and coordinated vulnerability handling.
Quantum Iryx Systems does not sell personal information.
6. Security
Quantum Iryx Systems maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access control, least-privilege administration, encryption where appropriate, audit logging, and operational safeguards. No system is guaranteed to be impenetrable, and customers remain responsible for their own environments, configurations, and credentials.

Quantum Iryx Systems retains information for as long as needed to provide services, manage entitlements, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and may be governed by contractual commitments.

Information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which it was collected. Where required, Quantum Iryx Systems uses appropriate transfer mechanisms.
