Your Rights

Process to Make a CCPA Request

To make an access or deletion request, please email us at privacy@quantumiryx.com. Before completing your request, we may need to verify your identity. We may request additional documentation or information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity.

Authorized Agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit an access or deletion request on your behalf. An authorized agent must have your signed permission to submit a request on your behalf or provide proof that they have power of attorney in accordance with California probate law. Before completing requests from authorized agents, we may contact you directly to confirm you have given permission and to verify your identity.

Shine the Light Act

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information by Quantum Iryx Systems to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83(c)(2), Quantum Iryx Systems does not share personal information with third-party data brokers or with parties for use in direct marketing unless a customer elects that we do so. Removal of Content

If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. Cassian and Customer-Controlled Environments

Cassian may be deployed into a customer-controlled cloud tenant or on-premises environment. Operational data that resides inside a customer’s environment remains subject to the customer’s configuration, policies, and agreements, and is generally not accessed by Quantum Iryx Systems except as authorized by the customer or as required by law.
